We run two free gifts. They're separate, and you can get one of each on the same order.
1. Email signup gift
Sign up with your email and we'll send you a free piece with your next order.
How it works:
- Sign up with your email address on the site
- Check your inbox and click the link in the email. This is the step people miss. The gift won't unlock until you click it.
- Come back to the site and add any product to your cart
- Your free gift appears in the cart automatically
If you've signed up but no gift is showing, it's almost always because the email link hasn't been clicked yet. Check your inbox, including spam.
2. Spend over $100 gift
Get your cart total over $100 and a free gift is added automatically. Nothing to sign up for, no code to enter.
Important: the $100 is after any discount
The threshold applies to what you actually pay, not the value before a discount.
So if you add 4 pieces worth $150 and then apply the Buy 2 Get 2 Free code, your total drops below $100 and the gift comes back out of the cart. That's not a fault, that's how the threshold works.
If you want both the offer and the spend gift, your cart needs to still be over $100 after the code is applied.
Both at once
Yes, one of each. If you've done the email signup and your cart is over $100 after any discount, you'll get both.
You can't get two of the same gift.
Free gifts and returns
Free gifts and mystery items can't be returned or exchanged. They're free, so there's nothing to refund. You're welcome to keep them.
If you return items and it takes your order value below $100, we may deduct the value of the spend gift from your refund.
