Sending a piece to someone else is easy.
Shipping to a different address
Just enter the recipient's address as the shipping address at checkout. That's the whole process. You don't need to tell us or do anything else.
Will there be a price in the box?
No. Parcels don't include a price, a receipt or an invoice, so it's safe to send straight to someone.
Gift wrapping and messages
We don't currently offer gift wrapping, printed gift messages or gift receipts.
Every order ships in our standard packaging, which is black and unbranded on the outside.
Ordering for a birthday or Christmas
Check the delivery times on our shipping page and order early. We can't guarantee a specific arrival date, and couriers run slower in November and December.
Personalised and engraved pieces take 15 to 20 days. Don't leave those to the last minute.
If they want to swap it
Whoever placed the order can start a return within 30 days of delivery. Either send it back for a full refund, or keep it and take a 50% refund with nothing to post.
We don't do exchanges, so if the size is wrong, the return options above are the route.
