You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be unworn, undamaged, and in the same condition you received it, with any original packaging.
Option 1 — Send it back, full refund. Return the item to us at your own cost. Once it arrives and we've checked it, we refund the full price you paid for that item.
Option 2 — Keep it, 50% refund. Don't want the hassle of posting it? Keep the piece and we'll refund half of what you paid. No return needed.
Most people take option 2. It's yours to choose.
If you choose to send an item back, you cover the postage. This is usually under $10 USD depending on where you're posting from.
We recommend using a tracked service. If a return goes missing and there's no tracking, we can't refund it, because we have no way to confirm it reached us.
Email care@mobdark.com with:
We'll reply with the return address and what to do next. Don't post anything back before you've heard from us, or we may not be able to match it to your order.
If your piece arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or isn't what you ordered, email care@mobdark.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo.
We'll replace it or refund it. You won't pay return postage on a faulty item, and in most cases we won't ask you to send it back at all.
Every piece is covered for the lifetime of the product against manufacturing defects. Original purchaser only, non-transferable, proof of purchase required.
Email care@mobdark.com with a clear photo of the fault and your order number. That's it. We'll sort a replacement.
If the piece is no longer in production, we'll replace it with something of equal value, or issue store credit.
Personalised and engraved pieces are made to order after you place the order. They are not pulled off a shelf.
Expect 15 to 20 days for delivery. Usually it's faster. Sometimes it's the full 20.
They ship separately from the rest of your order, so if you've ordered other pieces alongside one, those will arrive first. That's normal and doesn't mean anything's missing.
Because this timeframe is stated here before you buy, delivery taking up to 20 days isn't grounds for a refund on a personalised piece.
Standard delivery times are on our Shipping Policy page.
If tracking hasn't moved for 7 days or more, email us and we'll chase it with the courier.
If tracking says delivered but you don't have it, check with anyone else at the address and any safe place or parcel locker first. If it still hasn't turned up, email us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll investigate.
If the address you entered at checkout was wrong or incomplete and the parcel is returned or lost as a result, we can resend it, but you'll need to cover the cost of the second shipment.
We pack fast, so cancellation isn't guaranteed. Email us as soon as possible and we'll cancel it if it hasn't been processed yet.
Once an order has shipped, it can't be cancelled. Wait for it to arrive and then start a return under the 30 day policy above.
Personalised pieces can't be cancelled once production has started.
Once your return has arrived and been checked, or once we've agreed a 50% refund, the money goes back to your original payment method.
Allow 5 to 10 business days for it to appear. That's your bank's processing time, not ours.
If it's been longer than that, check with your bank first, then email us.
Everything goes through care@mobdark.com. We don't run a phone line.
Email is monitored daily and we aim to reply within 24 hours.
EU: Under EU consumer law you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To do this, email care@mobdark.com within 14 days of delivery. You then have 14 days to return the item. Return postage is at your cost. This right does not apply to personalised or made-to-order items.
UK: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, on the same terms as above.
Our 30 day policy is more generous than both of these, so in most cases you'll want to use that instead. These rights sit alongside it, not instead of it.
