Checkout runs on Shopify, so you get all the standard options.

Both credit and debit.

Whichever ones show at checkout depend on your device and browser. Apple Pay only appears on Apple devices in Safari, for example.
Buy now, pay later
We don't currently offer Afterpay or Klarna.
Shop Pay Instalments may show at checkout depending on your country. If it's available to you, it'll appear as an option.
Is my card safe?
Yes. Payments are processed by Shopify, one of the largest and most heavily audited ecommerce platforms in the world. Your card details go straight to the payment processor and never touch us. We don't see them and we don't store them.
Every page on the site is encrypted.
What currency am I charged in?
Prices show in your local currency where we support it. The exact amount charged can shift slightly with the exchange rate at the time your bank processes it.
Card declined?
Nearly always the bank, not us. Common causes:
- Billing address doesn't match what your bank has on file
- International transaction blocked by your bank
- Daily limit reached
Check those first, then try again or use a different method. If it keeps failing, email care@mobdark.com.
Charged but no confirmation email?
Check your spam folder first. If there's nothing there, email us with the email address you used and we'll find the order.
Sometimes a failed payment leaves a temporary hold on your card that looks like a charge. Those drop off on their own, usually within a few business days.
