Save the image above to your computer (right-click → Save Image As).
Print it at full size — make sure your printer's "fit to page" or scaling option is switched OFF.
Check the print is accurate: the grey bar at the bottom should measure exactly 3.5 inches. If it doesn't, reprint with scaling disabled.
Cut out the sizing tool at the top and wrap it around the finger you're buying for.
Whatever number lines up with the "READ SIZE HERE" marker is your size. Sitting between two sizes? Go up, not down.
NO PRINTER? NO PROBLEM.
Grab a strip of paper or a length of string and wrap it snug around your finger.
Mark the point where it overlaps, then lay it flat and measure to the mark with a ruler.
Match that measurement against the size chart below. If you land between two sizes, take the bigger one — a ring you can get off beats a ring you can't.

Wrap a flexible tape measure around your wrist just below the wrist bone — the spot where a bracelet naturally sits. No tape measure? A strip of paper or string works: wrap it, mark where it overlaps, then measure to the mark with a ruler.
That number is your wrist size.
Now add room depending on how you want it to sit:
Snug fit: add 1/4 inch
Comfort fit: add 1/2 inch
Loose fit: add up to 1 inch
Working in cm? Same process — add 0.5cm for snug, up to 2.5cm for loose.
